Very rude employee

I recently went to great yarmouth on holiday and played a game where i was trying to win a pair of headphones. After spending a bit of money i won and waited eagerly for it to drop. When it didnt i went over to get an employee and he was very rude. I told him that i won the game, the winner music played and then the prize did not drop. He went on to call me a lier and was very abrupt. I definatly will not be returning.
